Creating an Adobe Experience Manager 6.4 custom workflow step that uses the MessageGatewayService API

You can develop a custom Adobe Experience Manager 6.4 workflow step that sends email messages to users. A custom workflow step is implemented as an OSGi bundle that you can build using Maven and the AEM Workflow API that belong to the com.adobe.granite.workflow.exec package. The following video shows the workflow developed in this article successfully sending an email using the MessageGatewayService API.
